Cultured Nut Cheese Class
In the Cultured Nut Cheese Class you will learn what ingredients give the cheesy flavor to a nut cheese.You will also learn how to make a liquid probiotic, and how to make a cultured cheese. Because the process takes 24-48 hours, you will make the nut cheese mixture and then take it home to ferment. The class ends with a tasting of various nut cheeses, gluten-free live vegan crackers and condiments.
